Summary

As enacted, clarifies that clerks of general sessions and circuit courts are required to notify the TBI of final disposition of criminal proceedings as soon as practicable but no later than 30 days after final disposition of the proceedings. - Amends TCA Section 8-21-401; Section 8-4-115; Title 16; Title 18 and Section 39-17-1316.
