Summary
As introduced, increases from two years to three years, the time within which a family child care home, group child care home, or child care center must retain a signed acknowledgment from the child's parents or legal guardians of the fact that the child's attendance at home or the center does not satisfy the mandatory kindergarten prerequisite for the child's enrollment in the first grade. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 71, Chapter 3.
