Summary
As enacted, requires that disposition of remains from a surgical abortion performed at an abortion facility be by burial or cremation; requires the department of health to promulgate certain rules and forms; and makes certain other changes regarding the disposition of fetal remains. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 10; Title 39; Title 62, Chapter 5 and Title 68.
