Summary

As introduced, authorizes the commission to make an in-person warning as an alternative to a written warning when notifying a licensee of a violation for failure to post a warning sign on the premises that consumption of alcohol during pregnancy may be detrimental to a fetus. - Amends TCA Title 47 and Title 57.
