Summary

As introduced, extends the initial student application period, from 30 days to 45 days, for all students zoned to attend, or who are currently enrolled in, a school that is eligible to be placed in the achievement school district to enroll in a charter school authorized by the achievement school district. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 13.
