Summary
As introduced, rescinds Tennessee's decision to opt out of the eligibility prohibitions for convicted drug felons in the food stamp program and the families first program so that eligibility for these programs for convicted drug felons would be controlled by federal law. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 1 and Title 71, Chapter 5, Part 3.
