Summary
As introduced, prohibits a motor vehicle dealer or manufacturer from selling, or offering for sale, a subscription service to access certain motor vehicle features; makes a violation an unfair or deceptive act or practice under the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 55, Chapter 17.
