Bill Title: Provide That Law Enforcement Officials With Appropriate Jurisdiction May Not Charge A Civic Club With A Statewide Or National Affiliation, A Church, Or A School Or School-sponsoring Organization Conducting A Raffle For The Benefit Of The Organization With A Violation Of Law, But Instead Shall Inform The Organization That The Conduct Of A Raffle Violates State Law, And To Provide For Certain Conditions And Limitations For This Provision To Apply.
