Suspend Application Of Those Provisions Of Chapter 13, Title 7 Of The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, That Permit Straight Party Ticket Voting For The 2012 General Election, And To Provide That General Election Ballots May Not Allow Straight Party Ticket Voting In The 2012 General Election.
