Summary

Provide That The Current Term Of Any Present Member Of The Board Elected By The General Assembly Who Has Served More Than One Full Four-year Term On The Board Is Terminated On The Effective Date Of This Provision And His Successor Must Be Selected In The Manner Prescribed By Law, And To Provide That Any Present Member Of The Board Elected By The General Assembly Whose Current Term Is Curtailed By This Provision Is Eligible For Reelection To The Board.
