Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Sections 34-39-310 And 34-41-140 So As To Provide That The State Board Of Financial Institutions May Participate In A Nationwide Multistate Licensing System; To Amend Section 34-39-120, Relating To Definitions, So As To Provide A Definition For "nationwide Multistate Licensing System" And "unique Identifier"; To Amend Section 34-39-150, Relating To Licensure Applications, So As To Provide That An Application Must Be Accompanied With Certain Actual Costs Of Obtaining Credit Reports And Criminal History Record Checks; To Amend Section 34-39-260, Relating To The Promulgation Of Regulations, So As To Provide That The Board May Waive Or Modify Certain Requirements; To Amend Section 34-41-10, Relating To Definitions, So As To Provide A Definition For "nationwide Multistate Licensing System" And "unique Identifier"; To Amend Section 34-41-40, Relating To Licensure Applications, So As To Provide That An Application Must Be Accompanied With Certain Actual Costs Of Obtaining Credit Reports And Criminal History Record Checks; And To Amend Section 34-41-130, Relating To The Promulgation Of Regulations, So As To Provide That The Board May Waive Or Modify Certain Requirements.
