Provide Public Bodies Are Not Required To Disclose Any Audio Recording Of The Final Statements Of A Dying Victim In A Call To 911 Emergency Services, To Provide Any Such Statements Must Be Redacted Prior To Release Unless The Privacy Interest Is Waived By The Victim's Next Of Kin, And To Revise Exemptions For Certain Law Enforcement And Public Safety Agency Records Also To Exempt Records, Video Or Audio Recordings, Or Other Information Compiled For Law Enforcement Purposes Except In Certain Circumstances.
