Summary
Provide That, Unless Otherwise Prohibited By Law And Notwithstanding The Amounts Of "other Funds" Appropriated By Act 291, An Amount Equal To Ten Percent Of "other Funds" Is Transferred To The State General Fund, And To Specify How The Transferred Funds Are To Be Appropriated.
