Summary
Provide That, Unless Otherwise Prohibited By Law And Notwithstanding The Amounts Of "other Funds" Appropriated By Act 291 Of 2010, An Amount Equal To Ten Percent Of "other Funds" Is Transferred To The General Fund Of The State And To Appropriate The Transferred Funds For Specified Purposes.
