Allow For Increased Membership On Certain County Aviation Commissions, To Provide For The Appointment Of The New Members, To Provide That Mayors Of Certain Municipalities Shall Serve Ex Officio On Certain Aviation Commissions Or Authorities, And To Provide That This Provision Does Not Apply To A Multicounty Aviation Commission Or Authority; And To Repeal Act 130 Of 2007 Relating To The Increase Of Charleston County Aviation Authority By Two Members
