Summary

Relating To Board Regulation Of Professions And Occupations, By Adding Section 40-1-230, To Provide That A Person Whose Profession Or Occupation Is Regulated By This Title Is Exempt From Completing Continuing Education Requirements For His Profession Or Occupation Upon Completion Of Thirty Years Of Licensure, Which May Include Licensure From Another State.
