Summary

Provide That Beginning With The 2018-2019 School Year, Each Public School Of This State Must Have At Least One Full-time Employee Whose Responsibility Is To Monitor, During Regular School Hours, The School Surveillance Equipment At The School And To Notify Appropriate School Administrators, Resource Officers, Or Law Enforcement, If Necessary, If This Employee Observes Situations On The Surveillance Equipment Which Raises A Significant Cause For Concern Regarding Safety Of Students, School Property, Or The Commission Of A Crime.
