Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, So As To Enact The "south Carolina Eradication Of Corporate Money In Politics Act"; And To Amend Section 8-13-1332, Relating To Unlawful Contributions And Expenditures, So As To Prohibit Corporations From Making Campaign Contributions To Candidates, Committees, Political Parties, Organizations, Or Individuals To Promote Or Defeat The Candidacy Of An Individual For Nomination, Election, Or Appointment To A Political Office.
