A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 38-71-270 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NO ABORTION COVERAGE MAY BE PROVIDED BY A QUALIFIED HEALTH PLAN OFFERED WITHIN THE STATE THROUGH AN EXCHANGE CREATED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL LAW.
