Summary
Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Article 40 To Chapter 5, Title 56 So As To Provide For The Disposition Of A Motor Vehicle In The Possession Of A Salvage Pool Operator Who, Upon The Request Of An Insurance Company Or Charity, Takes Possession Of A Motor Vehicle That Is The Subject Of An Insurance Claim Or A Charity Donation And Subsequently Insurance Coverage Is Denied Or The Charity Does Not Take Ownership Of The Motor Vehicle.
