Summary

Amend Section 17-5-130, As Amended, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Coroner Qualifications And Other Matters, So As To Provide That A Candidate For Coroner In This State Must Be A Resident Of The County In Which He Seeks The Office Of Coroner At The Time He Files For The Office Of Coroner Rather Than One Year Before Filing.
