Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 12-45-440 So As To Provide That A County May Adopt Alternative Dates For The Application Of Penalties On Delinquent Taxes, The Issuance Of The County Treasurer's Execution To The Officer Authorized To Collect Delinquent Taxes, Assessments, Penalties, And Costs, And The Mailing Of The Notice Of Delinquent Taxes.
