A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 58-3-280, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION OF A FORMER PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSIONER FROM BEING EMPLOYED OR RETAINED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FOLLOWING HIS SERVICE AS A COMMISSIONER, SO AS TO EXTEND THAT PROHIBITION TO A FIVE YEAR PERIOD.
