Summary

Require All State Agencies To Use A Single Third Party Original Source Compiler And Publisher Of Unencumbered Address Data For Purposes Of Validating And Verifying State Residents, Households, And Businesses, To Require That Each Resident, Household, And Business Must Contain A Unique And Persistent Identification Number, And To Direct The Chief Information Officer Of The State Budget And Control Board, With The Input Of Affected Agencies, To Procure Such A Compiler And Publisher In The Manner Required By The South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code.
