A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 7-13-316 SO AS TO PROHIBIT THE NAME OF A CANDIDATE FOR AN ELECTION IN THIS STATE, OR FOR THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE, BEING PRINTED ON A BALLOT FOR AN OFFICE UNLESS THAT PERSON SHOWS CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE THAT HE IS A LEGAL CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES.
