Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws, By Adding Section 23-3-560 So As To Provide Persons Who Are Required To Register As Sex Offenders May Petition The Court To Terminate The Registration Requirement Ten Years From The Date Of Initial Registration Under Certain Circumstances; And To Amend Section 23-3-460, Relating To Requiring Sex Offenders To Register For Life, So As To Provide The Maximum Period Of Registration Is Fifteen Years.
