Summary
An Act Relating To Public Property And Works - Labor And The Payment Of Debts - Prevailing Wage: would eliminate the overtime provisions for hours worked over eight (8) for any one day for prevailing wage work. It would preserve the "over 40 hour" work week overtime provisions
