Summary

An Act Relating To Delinquent And Dependent Children - Human Services - Abused And Neglected Children - Proceedings In Family Court - Domestic Relations - Legal Representation In Child Support Cases: would require that if a petition for removal from custody or in a paternity or child support case, the DHS shall file the child's birth certificate within 20 days if the child was born in RI and as soon as it is available if born elsewhere.
