An Act Relating To Motor And Other Vehicles - Motor Vehicle Offenses: would increase the penalties for driving under the influence of liquor or drugs by requiring a sentencing judge to impose additional conditions of probation such as requiring abstinence from alcohol and the continuous use of an alcohol monitoring bracelet
