Loudon Historical Site situate in Peters Township, Franklin County, for purpose of groundwater withdrawal; authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to accept a conveyance of real property from the County of Lackawanna Transit System Authority, certain lands situate in the City of Scranton, Lackawanna County; and authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey, at a price to be determined through a public solicitation for proposals, certain lands, buildings and improvements situate in the City of Allentown and the City of Bethlehem, Lehigh County.
