Bill Title: An Act amending the act of May 3, 1933 (P.L.242, No.86), referred to as the Cosmetology Law, amending the title of the act; providing for the definitions of "electrologist," "electrology," "electrology salon" and "electrology teacher"; further providing for membership of the State Board of Cosmetology; providing for scope of practice of electrology, for practice of electrology without a license, for qualifications, for eligibility requirements for the teaching of electrology, for licensure of electrology salons, for licensure reciprocity, for examinations, for continuing education for individuals licensed to practice or teach electrology and for electrology salon inspections; further providing for sanitary rules, for fees, for duration and renewal of licenses, for penalties and for regulations.
