Summary
A Resolution directing the Joint State Government Commission to study the frequency of harassment and sexual misconduct in the workplace in State government, to conduct a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the prevalence and results of harassment and sexual misconduct complaints, to compare the workplace policies on harassment and sexual misconduct throughout State government and to report to the General Assembly with it findings and recommendations.
