An Act amending Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for controlled substance forfeiture; providing for vehicle forfeiture when driving under the influence; further providing for procedure with respect to seized property subject to liens and rights of lienholders; and, in driving after imbibing alcohol or utilizing drugs, further providing for grading and for penalties; and making editorial changes.
