  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 15, after 'in' insert '
court-mandated' and delete 'a court mandates' and insert ' arise
out of consumer contracts'.
  In line 16, after 'ments' insert 'that are related to consumer
contracts and'.
  In line 29, after 'award' insert 'in a proceeding that arises
out of a consumer contract'.
  In line 30, after 'agreement' insert 'that is related to a
consumer contract and' and before 'judgment' insert 'a'.
  On page 2, delete lines 25 and 26 and insert:
  ' (5) As used in this section, 'consumer contract' means a
contract that an individual enters into to purchase goods or
services for the individual's personal, family or household
purposes.

section 1 of this 2011 Act apply to contracts that are entered
into, renegotiated, renewed, extended, sold, assigned or
