  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 2, after '
finance;' insert 'appropriating money;'.
  On page 2, after line 21, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + There is appropriated to the
Legislative Revenue Officer, for the biennium beginning July 1,
2013, out of the General Fund, the amount of $200,000 for the
purpose of carrying out the provisions of section 2 of this 2013
Act. + } ' .
  In line 22, delete '3' and insert '4'.
