                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO
                         SENATE BILL 266

                            April 11

  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 22, before the period
insert 'if the debt service, when combined with existing debt
service that is paid from revenues of the Oregon University
System, does not exceed the maximum allowed by State Board of
Higher Education policy'.
  On page 2, delete lines 4 through 6 and insert:
  ' (c) The State Treasurer shall review and approve, pursuant to
rules adopted by the State Treasurer, the terms and conditions of
financing agreements to be entered into by the Oregon University
System.'.
