semicolon insert 'limiting expenditures;'.
  On page 12, after line 11, insert:

  '  { +  SECTION 24a. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures, the maximum limit for payment of expenses
from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous
Receipts and including federal funds for occupational safety,
manufactured home inspections and senior health insurance benefit
programs, but excluding lottery funds and other federal funds,
collected or received by the Department of Consumer and Business
Services established by section 1, chapter 617, Oregon Laws 2011,
for the biennium beginning July 1, 2011, is increased by
$100,326. + } ' .
