Directs State Fish and Wildlife Commission to update Oregon Wolf Conservation and Management Plan to establish population objective of four breeding pairs of gray wolves for state. Specifies that when population objective is met, commission may not list gray wolf as threatened species or endangered species. A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to wolves. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. { + The State Fish and Wildlife Commission shall update the Oregon Wolf Conservation and Management Plan to establish a population objective of four breeding pairs of gray wolves for this state. The commission may not list the gray wolf as a threatened species or an endangered species pursuant to ORS 496.172 as long as the statewide population of gray wolves consists of at least four breeding pairs of gray wolves. + } ----------
