Summary

Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Oregon Department of Administrative Services for distribution to counties with population of less than 100,000 for local law enforcement purposes. Directs department to adopt rules setting methodology for distribution. Directs department to consider size of county, number of requests for local law enforcement assistance, nature of crimes committed in county and number of local law enforcement officials serving in county. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2015.
