Summary

Requires Department of Human Services and its contractors to assist noncustodial parent, who resides in Oregon, in specified ways to obtain home and community-based services for nonresident child during child's visitation with parent for six weeks or more. Requires that minor child be considered resident in determining eligibility for home and community-based care if child lives at least six weeks each year with parent residing in this state.]
