Summary

Modifies crime of computer crime. Creates manner of committing crime by committing theft of intimate image. Adds certain definitions related to crime. Punishes by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Renumbers certain general conditions of probation. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
