Summary

Requires State Department of Fish and Wildlife to adopt policy for coordinating management of species that prey on endangered species. Requires State Fish and Wildlife Commission to adopt policy by rule. Establishes Predation of Endangered Species Fund. Continuously appropriates moneys in fund to department to carry out predation of endangered species policy.
