Summary

Declares state policy that state agencies and education service districts practice proactive transparency. Declares state policy that state agencies and education service districts practice proactive transparency. Defines "proactive transparency." Directs State Chief Information Officer to work with state agencies and education service districts to determine information state agencies and education service districts shall publish on transparency website, and to establish information standards. Removes specified list of information required to be published on website.
