Summary

Creates crime of criminal impersonation. Punishes by maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Provides that individual who suffers harm as victim of criminal impersonation has cause of action against defendant. Renames current crime of criminal impersonation to criminal impersonation of a public servant.
