The Act directs ODE to study the needs of school districts that serve certain students in out-of-home placements. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.6). Requires the Department of Education to study how school districts serve students who have been voluntarily placed outside the students' homes with public or private agencies. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to education not later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
