Summary

Imposes new requirements on Oregon Health Authority with respect to residential mental health services. Imposes new requirements on Oregon Health Authority with respect to residential mental health services. Clarifies right to contested case hearing to challenge amount, scope or duration of services or reduction in amount, scope or duration of services. Requires coordinated care organizations to provide residential behavioral health services beginning January 1, 2025.
