Summary

Permits pharmacists to engage in practice of clinical pharmacy and provide patient care services to patients. Permits health insurers and Oregon Health Authority to provide payment or reimbursement for services provided by pharmacist through practice of clinical pharmacy or pursuant to statewide drug therapy management protocol. Defines "clinical pharmacy agreement" and "practice of clinical pharmacy." Declares emergency, effective on passage.
