| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Midmark Corporation on being presented with a Bronze Award for most innovative product in the science/medical category at the 2012 Edison Awards; and |
| WHEREAS, This special distinction offers all those associated with Midmark the unique opportunity to reflect on the success of the past and to look with optimism to the future. Striving to create innovative solutions to meet the need for efficient and effective patient care, Midmark developed and introduced the Midmark SleepView Monitor/Portal for use in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea, and its light weight and compact size easily allow for the testing of patients in the comfort and privacy of their own homes; and |
| WHEREAS, Over the years, the management and employees of Midmark have certainly distinguished themselves as conscientious and hard-working Ohioans. Through the hard work, dedication, and dependability of each employee, as well as through the business acumen and leadership ability of management, the company has achieved a praiseworthy record of service, as evidenced by its many loyal and satisfied clients; and |
| WHEREAS, Since its inception, Midmark has established a solid foundation of superior services upon which it can continue to grow and prosper. The company has set a shining example of responsible business practice, earning the admiration of many, and we are certain that it will continue to prosper; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, pay tribute to the Midmark Corporation on its national accolade and salute it as one of Ohio's finest enterprises; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Midmark Corporation. |
