A BILL

To enact section 5533.644 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of United States Route 42

within the city of Cincinnati as the "Senator

William Bowen Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.644 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.644. That portion of the road known as United	7
States route number forty-two, running in a northeasterly and	8
southwesterly direction within the municipal corporation of	9
Cincinnati only shall be known as the "Senator William Bowen	10
Memorial Highway."	11

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	12
along the highway indicating its name.	13
