A BILL
To enact section 5533.095 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 619 within the 2
municipal corporation of Barberton as the "Staff 3
Sergeant Howard E. Woodford Medal of Honor 4
Recipient Memorial Highway."5


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.095 of the Revised Code be 6
enacted to read as follows:7

       Sec. 5533.095.  That portion of the road known as state route 8
number six hundred nineteen, located within the municipal 9
corporation of Barberton in Summit county, commencing at the 10
intersection of that route with Lockwood road and proceeding in a 11
northerly direction to the intersection of that route with East 12
State street, shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant Howard E. 13
Woodford Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Highway."14

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 15
along the highway indicating its name.16
